At Epping Road Veterinary Hospital, we believe that preventive care is the key to helping your pet to live a long and healthy life. We place the utmost importance on regular physical examinations of our patients because we know that this is where we can step in to find medical issues early and effectively address them before they become a severe problem. In addition to examinations and diagnostic blood panels, we know that it is critical to provide the core vaccinations that prevent the most common diseases. In support of these beliefs, we are offering programs to meet your pet's needs. These programs include our new Wellness Plans and our Free Vaccines For Life Program.
Wellness Plans
Our NEW Wellness Plans make providing the highest level of care for your pets both simple and affordable. These plans include a small enrollment fee and low monthly payments, allowing families to budget veterinary care easily. Our Wellness Plans are tailor made for the various stages in your pet's lifetime. Our plans include options for dental care and we even have dental only plans! Call our office today to determine the best plan for your pet and associated cost.
Kitten Health Plan includes:
- Initial Preventive Care Examination
- 3 Booster Consultations to complete kitten vaccination series
- 2 Technician visits to be used as needed
- Core vaccination series as recommended by our veterinarians- may include Feline Distemper, Feline Leukemia, and Purevax Rabies
- Intestinal Parasite Exam
- Deworming treatment series for roundworms and hookworms
- Feline Leukemia Virus/Feline Immunodeficiency Virus Test
- Healthy Pet Panel- includes Chemistry, Complete Blood Count, and Electrolytes
- 4 Nail Trims
- 5% discount on flea/tick/heartworm prevention purchased at practice
- 10% discount on surgical time for spay/neuter procedure

Free Vaccines for Life Plan
When you become a member of this program at our hospital, we will provide all of the core vaccinations to your pet at no cost to you for the rest of your pet's life. Core vaccination guidelines are obtained from The American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) and The American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP). Members of this program will also receive a 10% discount on a distemper/parvo titer for dogs or a panleukopenia titer for cats. The requirements for this program are a one-time membership fee at a cost of $75 and on-time bi-annual (twice yearly) physical exams. All pets enrolled in the Free Vaccines For Life Program must also be microchipped. If your pet needs a microchip we can easily and safely place one of our Home Again microchips for a one-time fee of $40.00 which includes life-time registration. If your pet already has a microchip there is no need for another.

- Feline Leukemia (for initial kitten series and one booster one year later per AAFP guidelines)
The Core Canine Vaccinations:
- Canine Parvovirus
- Distemper virus
- Adenovirus-2
- Rabies
- Bordetella
Lifestyle vaccines for those at risk are offered and include vaccines such as Lyme and Leptospirosis for dogs and Leukemia vaccine for cats.

If you are a client at Epping Road Veterinary Hospital, and you feel that we have exceeded your expectations for excellent medical care and client service, please "share the care" and refer your friends & family! When you refer a family to us for veterinary care, and they mention your name at their appointment, BOTH of you will receive a $25 credit on your ERVH account! So go ahead and share the care! There is no limit to the amount of $25 credits that you can accumulate.
